Special Holiday Salad
with Toasted Walnuts, Celery, Green Onion, Cranberries, Turkey & Gorgonzola

1 bag Spring Mix or any desired mix of lettuce greens
8 oz. Toasted Walnuts
8 oz. Celery Chopped
4 each Green Onions Chopped
8 oz. Dried Cranberries
16 oz Diced Cooked Turkey
8 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
Divide the lettuce on four plates and top with all ingredients divided four ways. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. I'm using our House Sweet & Sour Red Wine Vinaigrette.
