We will begin the day with a vineyard tour of our Heart Hill property, followed by a winery tour of our LEED-Silver certified production winery and end the day with special panel-format tasting and review of our Fog Catcher. We will begin the tasting with the 2006 vintage and progress through the years to the 2010 vintage, finishing with a preview of our not-yet-bottled 2011 Fog Catcher.
