Every spring the Beemster cows rush through the barn doors & excitedly graze on the fresh spring pastures. The cows run & jump with excitement after being released to these untouched pastures. It is only the first milkings from these fresh pastures that are used to make the coveted Beemster Graskaas. This rare cheese, known for being the creamiest of the year, is aged for one month. Bearcat Boosters BBQ Fun Fest & Kids Day In the Park

The Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association, the Paso Robles Bearcat Boosters, and Black Stallion Enterprises present the first annual BEARCAT BOOSTERS BBQ FUN FEST and KIDSDAY IN THE PARK to be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Downtown Paso Robles City Park.

The three-day event will feature three days of BBQ (Ribs, Pulled Pork, Turkey Legs, Chicken, Tri Tip and Sausage) available for purchase. The BBQ Cook Off Contest will feature local favorite, RB SMOKIN BBQ and guest contestants. (Hours: Friday 12 pm to 8 pm; Saturday 12 pm to 8pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm).
There will be a FREE Concert Friday evening starting at 5 pm featuring STEVE STURGIS & ROADHOUSE with special introduction by the Paso Robles High School Jazz Band.

There will be a GIANT BOUNCE HOUSE all three days; and there will also be local BEER and WINE available for purchase. Saturday (10 am to 3 pm) will feature Kahuna Kids' KidsDay In The Park with vendors, crafts, youth demonstrations, and family information. (Vendor Space available)

This event will benefit the Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association and the Paso Robles Bearcat Boosters' athletic programs.
