Check out the newest Farmers Market in SLO County! Every Sunday afternoon in summer, find fresh county fruits and vegetables, other food vendors and some craft vendors in a beautiful park. There will also be a free concert every Sunday at the same time. Beer, wine & food available, or you can bring your own. Bring chair or blanket to sit on for the concert.

LEGO CLUB is back at the Exploration Station!

LEGO Club resumes at the Exploration Station in Grover Beach, The 1st and 3rd Friday of each month from 2pm to 4pm. Our LEGO club is a free-build, child-led build that is fun for the entire family. Building with LEGOs helps develop problem solving skills, spatial awareness, and other mathematical concepts, while also being very fun! LEGO club is only $2 per child, age 4 and up, with paid Science Center admission.

Baby Signing Time Classes at the Exploration Station

Baby Signing Time classes are now available at the Exploration Station. Babies crawl before they walk, and sign before they talk! Baby Signing Time gives babies the signs they need to express their needs and wants. Clever songs, playful animation and adorable babies make learning signs fun and easy. Join us at the Exploration Station for 4, 8 or 16 classes beginning April 17th. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am.

Interactive Science Center

The Children’s Interactive Science Center at the Exploration Station is open for Families to come and visit Thurs. and Fri. 12-5pm and Saturdays 11-5pm. This Center is designed for youth of all ages, and is filled with interactive science exhibits that have been created to inspire and educate. We also offer Birthday parties, LEGO Club, Field Trips, and more. Admission to the center is $2 for kids, $3 for adults. See our website for more information, www.explorationstation.org
