| The Great American Melodrama is a professional dinner-theatre that has been delighting audiences year-round for over 33 years. It is located in the small town of Oceano, very near Pismo Beach and Grover Beach. Each comedy or melodrama show is followed by a humorous vaudeville review. This theme of this skit was on the joys of over-eating! (Performers are Suzy King in red and Katie Worley in blue.) |

This play - Muskie Love - was a comedic update of Shakespeare's "Much Ado about Nothing" - updated to be about rival fishing guide football fanatics in Green Bay Wisconsin! |

| Historic Railroad Depot Station in Oceano California |
| Historic Oceano Train Depot was built by the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1904 to replace the earlier station that was destroyed by fire. It included quarters for the station master's family upstairs. Long the major railroad station in this town, it was moved to its present site, and reversed so that its more interesting "railroad" side faces the historic and famous Highway 1. |
